Questions

• Does Reddr replace 112 or 911?

  No. Always call emergency services first in a life-threatening situation. Reddr runs alongside, reaching your personal circle and the people who can get to you faster.

• Why is Reddr faster than a regular emergency call?

  Fewer steps. Reddr starts the alert in about 4 taps instead of 6, and a trigger can start it hands-free. Your contacts and nearby helpers are notified at the same moment, with your live location, so help begins moving right away.

• Why is Reddr more effective than only calling 112?

  It does not stop at emergency services. The people around you — your contacts, your groups, and verified nearby helpers — are alerted with the context they need: your live location, who you are, and what’s happening. More hands, moving sooner.

• Can Reddr help prevent incidents, not only respond?

  Over time, yes. The more people in a neighborhood use Reddr, the stronger the deterrent. A visible Reddr sign on a street tells a would-be attacker: if someone here triggers, they get filmed and the whole street can respond.
