- Is the free plan really free forever?
- Yes. The SOS button, automatic alarm, witness recording, and one trusted contact are free with no time limit and no credit card required.
- What makes Ambassador special?
- It’s a one-time payment — you pay once and use Reddr forever with all features. Only the first 1,000 members can buy it, so the price won’t come back once the cap is hit.
- Can I switch between plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Annual or Ambassador at any time. Annual can be cancelled before it renews. Ambassador is a one-time purchase — no cancellation needed.
- Does Reddr replace calling 112 or 911?
- No — and we’re clear about that. Always call emergency services first if your life is in danger. Reddr works alongside them to alert your trusted people at the same time.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via the app stores.
